Federal agents arrested a Detroit man Tuesday who was indicted and accused of attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State. The indictment of Jibreel Pratt, 25, alleges that he tried to provide money to the foreign terrorist organization from March-May 2023.
Paul Whelan, a former Marine who is currently serving a 16-year sentence in a Russian prison, was attacked Tuesday afternoon by a fellow prisoner, Whelan’s brother David told supporters in an email.
