Fairfield police have released the details of a Monday morning accident at the intersection of West Delaware Street and Airport Road. 81-year-old Harry Mayfield was reportedly southbound in a vehicle crossing West Delaware, and 69-year-old Earl Downen was westbound on the south side of West Delaware in a motorized wheelchair.
