India hits out at recent suggestions by WTO to link poor in rich nations with poor countries, calling it an attempt to rewrite the rules. India opposes any move to include new issues on the agenda and highlights the need to address public stockholding and the interests of Indian fishermen.

The MoU will help bring out an overview of Ayush service sector and will be an continuation of academic cooperation and collaboration with the RIS, an autonomous policy research institute of the Ministry of External Affairs, the Ayush Ministry said in a statement.

Secretary Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha signed the MoU on behalf of the Ayush ministry, whereas Director General Sachin Chturvedi was the signatory on behalf of RIS.
