Theres questions and challenges and i actually would support new school if we were looking at it as a k 5 and because its being put in front of of us as a k 12 that as pa district sets precedent is a expression of a new opportunity and i wish that it would have come to us a a k 5 i think many of us would have given different consideration and going to do a charter process is bumper to bumper but thats not why i want you to do a longer k through 12 because of ...

I think in this case the limit tends to be geographical because we use the same catalog for local work in the city and typically get three or four contractors interested in the same line of work. Its just the work as the director was saying its not only its up in hetch hetchy but if youre a contractor in that ...

Im not a lawyer but it seems like to me what ive heard as General Council this is significant enough to require a process theyve what ive heard so unless someone else has something devil the question has been asked and answered. This is part of the reason i think the amendment is coming up because theres condominium conversion around what the process is what the not the process turning from a k through 12 petition into a k 5 petition and shorting the petition but submitting the do...

Do which the contractors is saying okay if you use 50,000 but i am concerned about you tying up 3 million or 5 million in my bonding capacity for three years. Thats for them is a big thing because they cant pursue anything because we tie that up so we talked about ways of reducing that down so those are the things we have been working on. Would we get more bidders do you think if the catalog of biddable items was smaller . I think in this case the limit tends to be geographical because we use th...
