Well when we have a water main break it doesnt always just pop up through the because the ground is soaked frozen so we dont often over the break is and we dont have the tools or equipment to locate the break so we have to either call the Consulting Firm that could be 1500 a day to come with special tools or we call the Water Association and if they are available they will come.
