This discussion is two and a half hours. Good morning, i am the president and ceo of the United States telecom association. I want to thank you for attending the conversation this morning. We have been watching the screen somewhat uncertain if we were going to be here this morning. I am grateful it worked out so we can talk about the Cybersecurity Framework the whitehouse announced this week. We believe it is going to help the industry achieve grating levels of security around Critical Infrastructure. It allows companies of all sizes to adopt policies based on their specific threats by creating a common language or protocol, it will help communicate about shared responsibilities with vendors, suppliers, customers and partners. Our industry takes these responsibilities very seriously. It is my honor to introduce Michael Daniel. Been successful in reducing the rate of growth in costs. We have a lot of demographic factors putting it higher, but im very proud of the business were in, and the job that hospital its doing as part of the Healthcare System in america today. [applause] well, all these people are really smart. I dont need to ask them probing question. I prefer to let them talk. But i want too ask you i want to take the next step here. And if youre basically the only layman here, and okay, were sort of stumbling in the right direction. Lets posit that. And science is out there, as patrick said, but we have to figure out a way to make it accessible and usable to all of us. Given where we are, either in Public Health or in the Healthcare System itself, the Delivery System, concisely as you can, what do you think the greatest challenges we still face are, and what are the greatest opportunities, one or two of each. We are ready to take on an important part in all these institutions. On the other hand there are the second kind of International Mechanisms back to the g20. Both china and the u. S. Progress that china has made is very important in many aspects but the fact that the developed economies and the socalled emerging markets are sticking together around the same table on equal footing to discuss global issues is progress. We certainly support that. So both institutions, so both parts of the institutions could play an effective role and contribute to the global cause of peace and stability and prosperity and china is certainly ready to take part in all these efforts. Thank you. Thank you. If i take the liberty of asking the second question, the audience [inaudible] the world, particularly u. S. Unaccompanied alien marine minors at our southern borders. The number of minors coming to our country has climbed from 6,000 in 2011 to an expected 145,000 next year. Some are calling it a humanitarian crisis. And quite frankly, it is. These, of course, are vulnerable children. They are being guided through deserted areas of adjoining countries with their lives on the line. They are escorted with strangers away from family in some cases, not knowing what lies ahead. Children are being lured into these dire circumstances, quite frankly, by false promises. The administration has refused to be serious about Immigration Reform. Its got a policy of just get to the answer yes. And thats a philosophy that has sent
