Child Care Planning and advisory council. I am here to speak in favor of the child care facilities because there is a huge requirement in the city. We have currently just on the citys low income list 3,000 children who we have no space for. We have no facilities for. Able to get folks downtown quickly on the t, then the need for parking wouldnt be there. We understand that the lots there are full. Two things have been brought to my attention, the crossover on the bridge has been operating with a flashing red light instead of green, which is a passenger comfort issue and that tenmile per hour speed limit signs have been added to the bus deck which is designed for buses operating at 20 Miles Per Hour and that will be a limiting factor and also could be causing the bus fountains to behave anemically. The suspects entered was occupied. The victim was robbed at gunpoint. It happened at a home around 1 20 pm. The pistol with one the residence and escaped with cash. A woman was also at the home but was not hurt. Police say up to 10 people escaped in 2 vehicles. This was an unusual occurrence. We do not see incidents like this involving that many suspects.
