Under the ordinance are intended to improve the administration of the fee. The proposal requires the fee be calculated in a rate of effect of the construction document which is consistent with other Development Impact fees charged by the city. Currently the fees calculated base on the rate and effect and at the time of issuance of the building and site permit.
