Deepak Dhar, the founder and CEO of Banijay Asia, has announced the establishment of CreAsia Studio, marking Banijay Asias strategic expansion into Southeast Asia. CreAsia Studio is a joint venture between Dhar and Banijay Group, which also owns Endemol Shine India. Jessica Kam-Engle has been appointed as the EVP & Business Head of CreAsia Studio, focusing on local collaborations and overseeing business strategy and growth in key Southeast Asian markets.
