Heard your presentation, i want to comment on it. The first thing is, i completely support revocation hearings. Theres been a strong desire to see improvements in the area. Sponsor has indicated that they will be responsible for maintenance and liability of the proposed improvements. Proposed improvements would consist of public works standard materials and maintenance covenant outlined as part of the encroachment permit and specific work will be established.
