New Delhi, April 6: After the repeal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, about 2,105 migrants have returned back to Kashmir valley for taking up jobs provided under Prime Minister’s Development Package, Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai told the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday. After the repeal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, about 2,105 migrants have returned back to Kashmir valley for taking up jobs provided under Prime Ministers Development Package, Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai told the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday.

The govt told Rajya Sabha that District Magistrate has been designated as the custodian of the Kashmiri migrants' properties. The state government has also started a portal to resolve the complaints of migrants.
