On top of that parks et cetera, the proposed project, ucs proposed project to 500,000 square feet is fully studded ied and within the scope of there are no new transportation impacts that are associated with the development of this particular project. When we talk about infrastructure, i think its the tee line itself, that entire leg and stretch patent wires, rerouting across the bridge there, across the creek, all of that was paid for. There was a agreement that the master developer er built and developed. I understand that. Im just you know, ucsf is not obligated under state law to pay taxes to the city and county of San Francisco. We know they bring im not disputing those particular facts, but what they havent done is contributed in any capacity to our Public Transportation system in general. And so what im saying im putting that on the table because, you know, thats what im mosted concerned about. Let me try to address a piece of that. First of all, i believe, if im not mistaken, t

I want to advocate that youre not doing a good job but im advocating that the Community Must be involved. Must be involved were the impacted community. We got nothing out of this. We got nothing. And being the impacted community ive listened to everyone that came up here and boy they soft shutd a lot of hard questions in terms of participation, decisions that be made behind the voucher system and everything it is something that their need to be more sensitivity on the Mayors Office of housing, it sound as if youre staff is dictating to you instead of you dictating to your staff i think this is your staff and their dictating to you yes. You listen to them its all right to listen to them by be wise and smart enough to ask the hard questions and get the right answers instead of it being soft shutd bach balk to you where them they will not give you a commitment that gives them more power once the project gets implemented because i dont know what theyre going to do. Comment on. Okay. Well have plenty of time to talk about it, but im not likely to approve a budget for Public Utility Commission that has swiped our reserve for a clean power, Community Choice aggregation program. We can talk about i know that the entire reserve of 19. 5 million might not go towards the Clean Power Program or cca, but there are other parts of it, but it might be good to come with us with a different scenarios for how that money can be appropriated and not talken, but to actually come here to committee and say were going to reprogram cca dollars when there have been eight votes on the board of supervisors, maybe more, who have set up this reserve for clean power, its actually kind of offensive. First of all, i definitely apologize, but were working with the Mayors Office. We ran over 100 different scenarios of how we can bring our power enterprise into balance, so this is something in the last day or so we talked about and i would like to you know, im hear to here to gi

Considering before this body and the budget analyst is reviewing fiscal impact right now of a direction by your body to have us do that consideration of feasibility work with a partnering with marin. If that were the case, we would do our best efforts to try to get as good of terms if the cca partnership with marin were similar to that of richmond. That didnt require the money down and so and i do appreciate that, but i just dont think that a conversation about the cca reserves should be happening within the context of the overall budget. I think that should be a separate conversation. If theres a desire to reprogram cca funds that should be brought to us separately and not within the context of the budget. I wouldnt be supportive of this budget that reallocated cca money and i want to make sure you understand that and i would prefer that conversation be completely separate. Until we have something on the table to support cca and some clarity around what were going to need to spend, im
