And the initial contact from the prospective tenants usually comes in the form of a telephone call. And staff has an indepth conversation with the inquiring party to ensure the uses are compatible with the waterfront plans and the facility. And once that test is met, then we instruct them to start the application process. And as part of your package you received our lengthy application. ~ in one of the exhibits. So, the first application of phase is mostly paperwork and fact gathering. Then we go to the valuation stage. And the lease is the application is not only evaluated by the real estate staff, but we have a host of regulators that like to Pay Attention to what were doing. We have historic preservation. We have building code. And we have a lot of partners within the port staff, like the Engineering Department and the Planning Development department that help us get through th

Noe there is lots of land here. ~ yes, there are cityowned sites that are suitable for solar projects. Were also looking one type of project i really like is inconduit hydro. We can develop bucket 1 resources within our existing water system. Its inexpensive and environmentally friendly. Do you have numbers on how much that could provide . Yes. I dont have them on the tip of my tongue, but weve done some studies on how much we could do with the existing hetch hetchy system. Could you are those available to share with us . Yes. And have you also done studies on how much power could be produced on cityowned land outside of sort of the run of conduit projects . Yes. And, so, you could also share those with us . I believe so.
