City residents who love their neighbourhood ice rinks have won over city officials. Now, their sights are set on Mother Nature.
“Yes, it would be nice to get more wintry weather but we’ve got some time yet,” said Kelly Thomson . “Every year is different and in some years we’ve had ice in December.
