TALLAHASSEE, FL – The fifth-ranked Florida State Softball team (40-5) defeated Stetson (19-26) 4-1 Tuesday evening at home, marking their 40th win of the season. Florida State had a quick start in the first inning, scoring two runs. Kaley Mudge scored first to give the Seminoles a 1-0 lead.
