Local developer Matthew Chilvers hosted a groundbreaking ceremony Friday for what will be the biggest commercial development in Nolensville: Southwalk. The much anticipated project is a 27-acre mixed-use development at 7150 Nolensville Road, a little north of Sunset Road.
