Boca View Condominium Association, the board backed by the powerful Becker law firm, is defending its decision to deny a unit owner's authorized representative access to financial records in an ongoing trial in Palm Beach County. Boca View recently secured a $395,554 judgment against a unit owner who asked to inspect its records in 2016.
