TVS Motor Company launched an advanced range of TVS Apache RTR 160 4V series of motorcycles on Friday that are equipped with a new headlamp assembly and signature daytime running lamp (DRL) and three ride modes. 

TVS Motor Company on Thursday announced the launch of the TVS Jupiter 125 at a starting at a price of Rs 73,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi),  The company said that the 125cc scooter is the new addition to the TVS Jupiter portfolio with industry-first features such as the largest under-seat storage and segment-leading longest seat.  

Total vehicle sales for the month of September 2021 on a year on year basis fell by 5.27 per cent compared to the same month in 2020, according to data provided by the Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA). While it was 13,68,307 last year, it was 12,96,257 last month.  

Ride hailing company Ola on Tuesday announced that they have acquired GeoSpoc, a provider of geospatial services.

Skoda Auto on Monday launched the new Rapid Matte edition. This new edition will be available in an exclusive carbon steel matte colour. It will be powered by the 1.0 L TSI engine and will be available in both automatic and manual transmissions. It will cost Rs 11.99 lakh for the manual transmission and Rs 13.49 for the automatic transmission (both prices ex-showroom).

Honda Cars India Ltd on Wednesday launched the New Amaze in India. The premium family sedan is available in manual as well as CVT transmission in both petrol and diesel engines. A brand new colour – Meteoroid Grey Metallic – has been added in the range.  Prices begin from Rs 6.32 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi)
