Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Bihar again for the fourth time since the JD(U) broke its ruling ties with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the State in August 2022.

He arrived in Patna on April 1 and put up at a city hotel, where he met state BJP leaders.

Bihar: At least six people suffered serious burn injuries after an explosion rocked Sasaram late on Saturday night.

Shah's visit to Sasaram was earlier called off and shifted to the Nawada district amid ongoing violence and communal clashes in the state.

Communal clashes erupted in Bihar once again just a day after the festive season, with a bomb blast in the Sasaram area leaving five people injured.

As many as 32 people were arrested in ongoing raids in connection with the violence during the Ram Navami celebrations and after, police informed on Sunday.
