Russian missile strikes on Kharkiv leave hospital without water, prosecutors confirm more wounded
As a result of the Russian attack on Kharkiv early in the morning on Sept. 21, a water supply system was damaged, and one of the city's hospitals was left without water, Mayor Ihor Terekhov announced on national television.
