A San Antonio s chef s dreams of a $25,000 prize and the title of Chopped champion came to a halt Tuesday night after she was eliminated from the popular cooking show.
Tim McDiarmid, owner of The Good Kind in Southtown and Tim the Girl Catering, battled it out in a special episode of Chopped but was sent home in the first round. Chopped, one of the Food Network s most popular cooking competition shows, pits chefs from around the country against each other as they race against the clock to make an appetizer, dinner and dessert using mystery ingredients.
