Early this morning, harvey cruised into a category 2 storm at 125 miles an hour. It is expected to make landfall northeast of Corpus Christi tonight later tonight or early tomorrow. With many in its path, it poses a great risk with the potential of three feet of rain and 12 storm surges. To make things worse, harvey isnt going anywhere fast. Don campion is in Corpus Christi.
