eastern time. shep: there are reports that taliban tried to poison some of our troops at a mess hall? here is what we know. in a province out in eastern afghanistan there is a base where one of the dining hall workers reported he thought somebody was tampering with the food. they closed the dining food, sent a team to check on it. they found high levels of kloor even in the cough even on the fruit but they are not clear what was caused it. we don t know y right now. we don t know if this was deliberate act to poison or whether it was just inadvertent, perhaps using clorox in the cleaning process than they should have. we just don t know right now. what is clear, the taliban said they killed five service members as a result of this
