Two religious leaders in Winnipeg have signed an international interfaith declaration that calls for an end to violence against and criminalization of LGBTTQ+ people and a global ban on conversion therapy. I signed because of the relationships I have within the church with transgender and LGBTTQ+ people, people I nurture and care for, just like everyone else in the church, said Geoff Woodcroft, Anglican Bishop of the Diocese of Rupert’s Land.
