The owners of 4th Street Nutrition and four other tenants of The Davenport apartment building that partially collapsed have filed the fourth lawsuit in the matter.

Davenport was mulling next steps for the unstable structure, where five residents remained unaccounted for and officials feared at least two of them might be stuck in the debris.

Earlier this week, authorities said five people were missing, but the police chief said Thursday that two of them have since been contacted and are safe.

Two women who own a business on the building's first floor said there were numerous issues.

Despite their own loss, the Fourth Street Nutrition team is meeting with people at the shelter, bringing them supplies and comfort.
