shaping up to be a rough day in san juan, puerto rico. at this hour, it is taking aim at the leeward islands. i want to give you a look at dominica. they are getting pounded. more than 8 inches of rain. there s a lot of flooding there. and we could see seeing these conditions that dominica has right now in the overnight hours. here in san juan, this is a resort area, but the beach is very quiet today. there s not many people out here because it s we re between rain bands right now. they haven t put any of the beach chairs out and people for the most part are staying in their rooms. it s a red flag warning. people are not supposed to be outside. we ll know a lot more at 11:00 eastern when we get the next update from the hurricane center. but if this storm can survive puerto rico and the bahamas, then it has a chance to strengthen in those warm caribbean waters and take aim at
