Suba-an said the "Sabayang 4-5-6" is the implementation of the 4S (search and destroy breeding sites, seek early consultation, self-protection, and say "yes" to fogging only in hotspot areas) strategy through the convergence of services of five teams from the DOH-Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD) 6.
