Hiện nay, trong tình hình thực hiện giãn cách xã hội theo chỉ thị 16 của Thủ tướng Chính Phủ, lượng thịt heo tiêu thụ hàng ngày giảm khá mạnh, hiện còn ở mức 5.000 - 6.000 con/ngày; có ngày lượng cung ứng còn giảm xuống mức 4.500 con.
