S Hotels and Resorts Public Company Limited (SHR), a leading hotels and resorts operator in Singha Estate Group, announces the resignation of Mr. Dirk Andre Lena De Cuyper s from his position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and SHR Board of Directors resolves to approve the appointment of Mr. Michael Marshall as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The appointment will take effect from 16 November 2023.
