Fairchild Elected Chairman of District Three Board of Supervisors
Spirit Lake, IA (KICD)– A familiar face has been elected to take over as chairman of the District Three Board of Supervisors that serves parts of the local area.
The virtual meeting held last week included a number of discussion points including mental health and ongoing COVID-19 efforts that eventually led to Dickinson County Supervisor Tim Fairchild being elected to lead the group.
Fairchild mentioned he tested the waters so-to-speak on some of the hot button issues affecting the area, but none of them had as much agreement as a topic that looked at long before the pandemic began.
