Before i start that, i just wanted to say that since the last meeting, we have gone from summer to winter and from fires to floods, as is how it goes in San Francisco. As folks are probably aware, we had an out of nowhere, almost tornado, technically a micro burst, but it dumped a whole lot of water on the city in a short period of time on a saturday afternoon. So, due to that, we have been working on adjusting our plans to be more ready to respond in a no notice storm event, which is fairly unusual. Valencia has been a constantly evolving roadway. The first bike lanes were striped in 1999, and today is the major north and south bike route from the Mission Neighborhood extending from market to mission street.
