Latto's reached the finish line in her airport loaded gun case ... because we're told it's been dismissed, now that she's met all requirements of a year-long program to clear the charges.

Latto is still going through a lengthy process stemming from her arrest for carrying a loaded gun at an airport .... but we've learned she's nearing the finish line -- getting closer to finally getting those charges dropped.
