The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) has moved to ensure that the proposed divestment of the oil and gas assets held by the Shell

The Commission Chief Executive of the NUPRC, Gbenga Komolafe, made the disclosure on Monday in Abuja. The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission says the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited assets being considered for divestments have an estimated reserve of 4.96 billion barrels of oil.
