BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Following a fourth-place performance at the NCAA Championships and a second-straight Big Ten title, Indiana men’s swimming and diving swept the Big Ten’s postseason awards per the conference’s announcement on Wednesday (March 29). All four honorees are, in a way, repeat winners.

The Hoosiers won the conference title this year and finished fourth in the country.

Emma Sticklen earned Big 12 Women’s Swimmer of the Year honors, having become the first Longhorn to win the women's 200 fly national title since 1982.

The graduate student ran the fastest 3,000-meter steeplechase race in the country last week in Raleigh, N.C.

Indiana’s Brendan Burns, Andrew Capobianco, Ray Looze and Drew Johansen all picked up conference honors after a standout NCAA performance.

Bentley's Emma Hapkiewicz secured Swimmer of the Year honors for the first time in her career, after being named Rookie of the Year last season.
