Alachua County added no new deaths and 28 new COVID-19 virus cases to its totals in Fridays state health department report. The countys fatalities from the virus remained at 275, and the total number of cases now stands at 24,635. Alachua County Public Schools has updated its COVID-19 protocols based on the community’s latest virus figures and recommendations from local medical experts.
