Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has reported to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin about a strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Feodosia and the ‘damage’ to the large landing ship Novocherkassk, Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Dec. 26.
