A Terraform Labs representative said there is ‘no reasonable basis’ for the accusation of breaches of capital-markets law in South Korea, which has a warrant for Kwon’s arrest.

A red notice reportedly issued by Interpol and a South Korean arrest warrant later, Terra’s Do Kwon continues to insist that he is not on the run nor hiding.

Do Kown recently said that he is "not on the run because he has nothing to hide."

The Interpols red notice page does not yet have Kwons name on it.

SEOUL (Bloomberg): South Korea said Interpol requested law enforcement worldwide to locate and arrest Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon, who faces charges related to the US$60 billion wipeout of cryptocurrencies he created.

Prosecutors in Seoul issued an arrest warrant last week for Mr. Kwon on charges of violating South Korea’s financial laws. His cryptocurrencies, Luna and TerraUSD, crashed in May.

The community believes burning tokens would help spike the price of the token — an idea Do Kwon frowned upon since it was proposed by some holders.

Korean prosecutors have asked Interpol to issue a Red Notice for Do Kwon, co-founder of the ill-fated Terra-Luna coins, saying that he is “obviously on the run” and seems unwilling to cooperate with the investigation. According to Seoul Southern District Prosecutors Office, the prosecution requested the international police and crime control authority to place Kwon on its Red Notice list.
