Syracuse, NY A Mattydale man, driving on a suspended license when he zoned out and killed an elderly neighbor by plowing a muscle car into his living room, somehow got his license back.
The state Department of Motor Vehicles gave him his license even though he is scheduled to be sentenced to 1 to 3 years in state prison this summer for the fatal crash.
