Anyone can smoke pot in washington as long as they are own the age of 21. but possessing marijuana is still a federal crime and now the feds are scrambling to figure out what to do. joining us now to analyze in new york is attorney steve greeneberg and from l.a. attorney. first the united states supreme court today announced it will take up two gay marriage cases prop 8 out of california and the defense of marriage act case out of new york. the court could hear the cases as early as march. okay....
