DOMS GMP implies a listing price of Rs 1,290 against the IPO price of Rs 790 per share

Doms Industries IPO: The company intends to raise Rs 1,200 crore via maiden public issue which consists of a fresh issuance of shares worth Rs 350 crore, and an offer-for-sale of Rs 850 crore worth shares by the promoters.

The IPO committee of the company at its meeting held on December 12, 2023, in consultation with the book running lead managers to the offer, has finalized allocation of 68,06,961 equity shares, to anchor investors at an anchor investor allocation price of Rs 790 per equity share.

The IPO, comprises a fresh issue of Rs 350 crore, and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of Rs 850 crore, as outlined in the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP).

At 11:06 a.m., the public issue was subscribed 1.09 times. The retail category was subscribed 4.08 times, while the NII portion garnered 1.18 times bids. There were no bids from qualified institutional buyers so far.
