Collier county is dealing with a Tornado Warning until 6 1 there is rotation indicated on our radar. We have plenty of instab bill in the atmosphere. The National Weather service says the winds are precise for the ingredients for a tornado for them. The reason im mentioning that is those storms are headed our way. Moderate to heavy rain right over deerfield peach, promise, Coral Springs, right over the sawing expressway. Right over hialeah dealing th moderate to heavy rain. Recordbreaking temperatures in the bay area in january. The warm weather drew people to the beaches potentially dangerous surf including these waves in santa cruz forced people to stay out of the water. Im matt keller. Living in the bay area, you knew we were due for a stretch of springlike temperatures in the winter. Lisa joins us live from the embarcadero. Lisa its cooler now but earlier it certainly didnt feel like january. Reporter that is very true, matt. You know, a lot of people took advantage of the warm weather while they could which will last through tomorrow. It comes with pretty serious downsides. They were taking in the lights the sights and the warm temps tonight along the embarcadero. I dont know if this has anything to do with Global Warming or climate change, but ill sure enjoy it. that answer was about as strong medicine as he gave on that program. what do you think christie s weakness would be in running a national campaign? see, new jersey, new york, feisty works. the culture here. but, in many, many other states it doesn t. the in your face stuff doesn t work. what would christie s weakest point be should he decide to run for president? well, his weakest point in getting the nomination is that a great number of conservatives who were very important in the nominating process don t think he is one of them. so he would have to convince them that a guy who can win a lot of democratic votes who are automatically suspect to people on the right in the republican party, is actually one of them. and i think that s the hill he would have to climb and you notice he didn t want to get drawn into any opinion dependencing on ted cruz and rand paul who were heros to the republican right. i think christie himself is fairly conservative. is he a smaller government guy.
