WESTLAKE, Ohio City Council is making it easier for restaurants to continue to serve patrons this winter as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
Council has passed an ordinance allowing restaurants to utilize various types of temporary outdoor structures through the end of 2021. The structures can include metal-framed “membranes” such as tents, greenhouses and igloo-style domes.
