The Humane Society of Charlotte Breaks Ground on Long-Awaited Historic Animal Resource Center

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (News Release) – The Humane Society of Charlotte (HSC) will officially break ground on the new HSC Animal Resource Center on Tuesday, March 16 at 11:30 am. The new location of the 43-year old organization will be on Berryhill Drive, just east of Wilkinson Blvd., and will expand HSC’s life-saving efforts and innovative programs.
Construction on the new animal resource center, led by Myers & Chapman and designed by RL Architecture, is set to begin directly after the groundbreaking and is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2022.
