a team must have the proverbial X's and O's in the right concert with the "Jimmie's and Joe's";
and now that this team has achieved that plateau, hindsight makes it easier to see how it all came together.
As I conjectured in my first diary this year before the Wisconsin game: saturday-psycho-stay-or-go,
leadership from "those who stayed" was the prime factor for the team's turnaround.
