It was June 2, 2020, when Jennifer Tosches of West Bridgewater became a single mother. Her husband of nearly a decade, John, died from a heart attack at the age of 48. Losing him was absolutely devastating and a lot to deal with on top of her fight with breast cancer, but Tosches did the best she could, said Alison Conroy, her friend who lives in Bridgewater. “I think she survived the most she could because she did it for the boys,” Conroy said. “I think she would say, ‘John would have wanted me to do what I can as best I can.’” More than eight months later, on Feb. 26, Jennifer Tosches lost her battle with cancer at the age of 45. The couple’s deaths have left their sons, Giovanni, who is 8, and Giuseppe, who is 7, in the care of Jennifer Tosches’ brother. John Tosches also has children, Matthew, who is 15, and Mia, who is 14, from a previous marriage, and th
