RAHWAY and UNION COUNTY, NEW JERSEY — Unofficial results from yesterday's primary election are still incoming, but TAPinto Rahway has compiled some of the likely winners in the various races. Updates, along with official results, will follow. These are the results as reported by the Union County Clerk as of 11 p.m. last night, with 424 of 431 districts reporting.
For the gubernatorial race, Governor Phil Murphy, running unopposed, won on the Democratic side. For the Republicans, the winner was former state assemblymen Jack Ciattarelli.
For the New Jersey State Senate, 22nd state legislative district, winners were incumbent Nicholas Scutari (D) and William Michelson (R).
