Today, jurors in the firstdegree murder trial of a man charged in his wifes death learned about her injuries. Alexander fazzino is charged with firstdegree murder in emily fazzinos 2012 death. He told police that he found emily submerged in a bathtub. The doctor who performed emilys autopsy testified she had bruises on her forehead, arm, thigh and neck, and a bump on her forehead. The doctor also said emily had bruising on the inside of her throat, which could be from strangulation. The doctor didnt find any definitive signs of drowning.
