The firm already is planning an 8-story apartment building at 219 W. Broad St. and just bought the former Richmond Camera building a few doors down and another a block over on Grace Street.

The project is planned for 539 Ridge Road, the site of the former St. Barbara's R.C. Church. It will feature 160 market-rate apartments and 10,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space.
