DOVER The city of Dover and Law Director Doug OMeara have filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit that Dover Chemical Corp. has filed against the city. Dover Chemical is seeking to block enforcement of an ordinance passed by Dover city council on Feb. 15. DOVER At a sometimes contentious special session Friday evening that lasted nearly three hours, Dover council voted to override Mayor Richard Homrighausens vetoes of two pieces of legislation.
