Mumbai local train updates: Central Railway will carry out maintenance work today on Matunga-Mulund Up and Down fast lines from 11.05 am to 3.55 pm and Panvel- Vashi Up and Down Harbour lines from 11.05 am to 4.05 pm (excluding Belapur/Nerul-Kharkopar line).

Western Railway informed about the same in a notification on Saturday.

The CSMT–Goregaon local train at 1.52 pm and the Goregaon–CSMT local at 12.53 pm will remain cancelled.

During the block period, Up and Down Harbour line services will not be available.Passengers are advised to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused due to this infrastructure block.

Central Railway, Mumbai Division will operate a mega block on its suburban sections carrying out various engineering and maintenance works on April 16.

As per Central Railway statement, passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused due to this infrastructure upgrade block.

Up slow services leaving Thane from 10.58 am to 3.59 pm will be diverted on the Up fast line at Mulund and will halt at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Kurla and Sion stations, further re-diverted on Up slow line and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule

Special services will run between Panvel and Kurla (Platform No.8) during the block period
